Julie graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December 2011. Followed by the completion of the cmtbc board exam receiving her registration March 2012 and has been in good standing since. She started out practising around the lower mainland area in multidisciplinary clinics providing treatments to a wide variety of clientele while learning from experienced teams of physiotherapist, kinesiologists, chiropractors and other RMT’s. Julie’s approach is holistic involving a thorough assessment to investigate and form an appropriate treatment planspecific to each client. Her modalities are generally flowy, with swedish to help ease stress, myofasical release, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization and stretching along with other therapeutic techniques to target more focused areas of concern. Julie has experience working with a variety of different cases such as cronic headaches, postural imbalances, overuse injuries, tendinits, nerve impingement, sport injuries, sprains, strains, pregnancy massage, edema, scar tissue treatment, joint replacement, arthritis and more. She incorporates patient home care into her practice for those who require prolonged treatment at home. This may include specific stretching, strenthening postural awareness, lifestyle modifications, cold or heat therapy, and kiniseio tape applications. Dr. Graham Sigalet, ND is a graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and started his practice in the Comox Valley. He has always had a passion for medicine, health, and nature so becoming a licensed Naturopathic Doctor just made sense. He provides holistic, patient-centered, evidenced-based naturopathic medical care. He has a general practice with a focus on gastrointestinal conditions, supportive cancer care, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, hormonal health, and regenerative injection techniques.

Dr. Graham Sigalet is the only Naturopathic Doctor at our clinic offering injection therapy for pain. He is also able to provide IV therapy, ozone and oxidtative therapies.

Dr. Christina Weir, ND is a member in good standing with the BCNA, CNPBC and CAND. She maintains prescriptive authority in BC and is certified in IV therapy and chelation.

In addition to naturopathic doctor, Christina is a mother, herbalist, compassionate inquiry practitioner and yoga teacher/practitioner.

Outside of the clinic she has a hobby farm with many animals, vegetables and grounded practices that keep her down to earth and peaceful.
